This Privacy Policy explains how MoldMojo LLC ("we", "us", "the Company"), a Wyoming limited liability company, collects and uses your personal information when you use the OliShoppy platform (the "Platform"). If you have questions, contact us at privacy@olishoppy.com.

1. Who we are

MoldMojo LLC is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. Registered address: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, US.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: your name and email address, provided when you're invited and create your account.
• Authentication data: login session cookies used to keep you signed in (see Section 7).
• Membership and progress data: your membership tier, your progress through modules, and applications you submit to advance tiers, including any screenshots or files you upload as part of an application.
• Contract signature data (Tier 3 and Tier 4): if you sign the Tier 3 or Tier 4 Creator Agreement, we record your full legal name, the exact date and time, your IP address, your browser and device information (user-agent), the version of the contract you signed, and a secure record of the exact contract text you agreed to. This is kept as a permanent record of your electronic signature.
• Activity data (Tier 3 and Tier 4): we log which Tier 3 or Tier 4 content you view, download, or watch, linked to your account, to administer the program and protect confidential materials.
• Payment information: the payment details you provide in your dashboard so we can pay commission owed to you.

3. Why we use your information and our legal basis

• To provide the Platform and your account — necessary to perform our agreement with you.
• To record and evidence your electronic signature on the Tier 3 or Tier 4 Creator Agreement — necessary for our agreement with you and our legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable, tamper-evident record of agreements.
• To administer the program, pay commission, and protect confidential materials (including activity logging) — our legitimate interests in running the program and preventing unauthorised sharing, and to perform our agreement with you.
• To communicate with you about your account, applications, and signed agreements.
• To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have balanced those against your rights. You can object — see Section 9.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Platform, under appropriate contracts, including hosting and database providers that store the Platform's data, our video hosting provider for training content, our email provider for sending you account and contract communications, and payment and affiliate partners as needed to pay your commission. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims (for example, enforcing the confidentiality terms of the Tier 3 or Tier 4 Agreement).

5. International transfers

We operate from the United States and some of our providers process data in the US and elsewhere. Where your information is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect it.

6. How long we keep it

• Account, membership, and activity data: for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.
• Signature records: retained permanently as a legal record of the agreement you entered into, even after your account closes, so both parties can prove what was agreed.
• Payment records: as long as required by tax and accounting law.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and secure your session. These are required for the Platform to work and do not need your consent. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

8. Security

We protect your information with measures including access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted database permissions. Signature records are stored so they cannot be altered after the fact.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact privacy@olishoppy.com. Note that we may need to retain signature and payment records where we have a legal basis or obligation to do so. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

10. Children

The Platform is only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
